Miss Me???
If I thought I was behind before...that was nothing compared to where I am now!! I am now in the "SUPER SLOW" mode. It seems that I have broken both my left ankle and my left foot. I chose to go Patriotic with my cast---I think that it brightened the Orthopedic Nurse's day to be a bit creative. About a 4-6 week healing time required---weight bearing as tolerated. I guess I am tolerating (with a little help from my friends), although the pain medication makes me really, really sleepy and non-functional. They say stuff happens for a reason. Hmmmm....the reason is ????

OMG...What happened to you? How awful. I had a broken big toe once, and it really hurt, so you really must be feeling horrible with all you broke! Gosh, I hope you feel better soon. Baby yourself a little bit...you poor girl! Paulette :o)
What happened???? I must have missed your post. So so sorry to hear about the broken bones! My daughter (33 yrs. old) went roller blading last month and broke her left arm near the wrist. She has been struggling with the cast for that 4 to 6 week thingy too. It gets to you and the showering situation makes her crazy. Take care of yourself and get well soon. Hugs, Nan

Hey, it's Janet from Northern California.
What in the heck did you do? I've been wondering where you were. Well, I guess that the worst part is over. Now you can heal.
