BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE...

A SNOW ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM MONDAY TO 12 PM CST TUESDAY THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT.

THE WIND HAS DECREASED IN SPEED ENOUGH SO THAT WIND CHILL WILL INCREASE TO 19 DEGREES BELOW ZERO. SOME ISOLATED AREAS WILL STILL HAVE WIND CHILL AROUND 20 BELOW FOR THE NEXT TWO HOURS OR SO. A SNOW ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
